Single-cell Proteomic DataBase (SPDB) is a comprehensive repository
for general single-cell proteomic data, encompassing both antibody-based
and mass spectrometry-based single-cell proteomics, and provides
dataset/protein search, visualization and download with unified formats.
SPDB version 1.0 was online on 2023-06-27. A total of 143 single-cell proteomic datasets across 12 biotechnologies and 4 species were analyzed and include. (2023/06/27)
